This role, guided by the Founder and CTO, entails providing support to cloud customers and involves responsibilities such as software setup and configuration, ongoing system analysis, offering technical support to customers, and managing the administration of SaaS server technologies across multiple cloud platforms

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implementing, managing, and monitoring identity, governance, storage, compute, and virtual networks in a cloud environment, plus provision, size, monitor, and adjust resources, when needed
  • Planning and Implementation/deployment of Azure Infrastructure
  • Configuration of Infrastructure Components like Azure AD, Virtual Instances, Backups, etc. ARM templates writing, setup automation for resources provisioning.
  • Participate in a 24/7/365 monitoring rotation to oversee all production environments, guaranteeing they meet our service level agreements in terms of availability and performance.
  • Test and debug various Azure Infrastructure Scenarios (DC Migration, AVD, etc.)
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Cloud Infrastructure and Support Team, ensuring efficient management.
  • Demonstrate hands-on expertise in at least two major public cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
  • Utilize analytical skills to identify standard performance metrics and highlight any deviations in a comprehensible manner.


  • The position is suited for a highly independent and skilled professional with a proactive and self-motivated approach, experienced in managing 24/7 mission-critical cloud infrastructure, including familiarity with operational procedures, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication abilities are essential, with the capacity to effectively engage and collaborate with team members and leadership across all levels.
  • Work experience as System Administrator and Azure Admin
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in cloud operations, specifically in Azure environments.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant computing field is required.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in both on-premises and public cloud infrastructures, especially Azure, is crucial.
